Loh Lik Peng
Dynamic hotelier and restauranteur Loh Lik Peng is the founder and director of Unlisted Collection, an umbrella brand that comprises seven boutique hotels and twenty restaurants across four major cosmopolitan cities. Recently in 2016, he was awarded World Gourmet Summit’s “Lifetime Achievement Award” which recognises individuals who have made significant contributions in the food and beverage industry. He has earned significant industry recognition over the years - outside of overseeing his brands, artichoke, bird bird and neh neh pop. He writes a monthly column titled “bjorn says” for time out magazine, lectures at the culinary institute of america, and consults on new restaurant openings.

Kirk Westaway is the Chef de Cuisine of Jaan Singapore, 1 Star Michelin Guide 2016. Winner of the S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 for Southeast Asia, his appreciation and passion for artisanal cuisine gave him the opportunity to work alongside the talented culinary brigades of several well-known establishments such as the three Michelin-starred Restaurant at Meadowood in California, and the highly-acclaimed Daniel by Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City. His varied culinary experiences would give the contestants a good sense of the qualities of a chef and bringing out true expression for a dish through the choice of ingredients.

Tim- Ross Watson, owner & executive chef of Pyxiemoss, kicked off his culinary career at London’s 5-Star Goring Hotel, and later, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Embassy by renowned Michelin-starred Chef Garry Hollihead. Amassing a wealth of experience at several other notable establishments gave him the opportunity to showcase his imaginative culinary prowess at numerous exclusive private events including Nordic Lights by DQ Vodka held at sub-zero temperatures in the Tuck Lee Ice Factory, Glenfiddich’s Valley of the Deer Experience in Kuala Lumpur; and a whimsical Hendrick’s Mad Hatter Tea Party during Singapore Cocktail Week.
Drawing inspiration from his British roots and love for Asian food, he is fond of playing with ingredients and drawing out their essence or saturating their flavours, rewarding people with bewildering yet delightful flavours and textures.

The Singapore-born, Australia-raised radio DJ has extensive on-air and broadcast experience. Simone honed her on-screen charisma at HBO and Channel 9 Australia before moving to Dubai, where she was a presenter on Virgin Radio Dubai, one of the city’s top radio stations, for five years. She has also hosted some of the largest events around the globe such as the launch of the world’s tallest hotel, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, and the Asian Business Leaders Forum 2013, which was graced by world leaders such as the former Prime Minister of Thailand, Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra. With her bubbly personality and ability to think on her feet, Simone has interviewed personalities such as Lewis Hamilton, Naomi Campbell and Khloe Kardashian. She is the newest addition to MediaCorp Radio’s Class 95FM.
