Fearne Cotton practices yoga in her kitchen.
The 35-year-old radio and television presenter - who has four-year-old son Rex and 18-month-old daughter Honey with her husband Jesse Wood - has taken to social media to reveal her workout regime, which takes place at her home, and sees her complete the exercise in her pyjamas.
The blonde beauty shared a video of her stretching her long slender frame out into various positions on a black yoga mat on her Instagram account.
She captioned the post: "Kitchen yoga PJ style (sic)."
However, this is not the first time Fearne has taken to the cooking area to demonstrate her flexibility, as earlier this month she posted a string of pictures of her perfecting her handstand in a bid to help raise awareness and money for a friend who was diagnosed with cancer.
She captioned the two uploads: "There was a lot of wobbly nonsense going on before I got that pic! #handstand4sam
"Our lovely mate @samglithero is currently showing the most inspiring positivity and strength after being diagnosed with testicular cancer. He has had his first round of chemo and wants to help raise awareness for others to check themselves often. Sam is the master of the hand stand so if you can do one, pop up and #handstand4sam You rock Sam! We're with you all the way buddy! Ps I'll be able to master one by the summer I promise (sic)."
Meanwhile, the former 'Top of the Pops' host has hinted she also enjoys shopping from the comfort of her own home and is "obsessed" with getting her "fashion fix" and style inspiration online.
Speaking previously, she said: "I'm obsessed with getting my fashion fix online."
