What he ate: Brazilian barbecue meats washed down with an Argentinian Malbec at Churrascaria Palace in Brazil

Yummy factor: When the meat is wheeled to your table and freshly carved onto your plate, you know you’ve hit the carnivore’s jackpot.

What he ate: Korean army stew at Seoul Jjimdak Jjigae

Yummy factor: We can personally attest that the Korean army stew tastes first-rate here, and it's a great deal for the big portion. Even if you share, you’ll still end up with a sizable food baby.

What she ate: Grapes with fellow YES 933 DJ Henry Law

Yummy factor: Of course later Hazelle tore into a Kinder Bueno bar, but at least she gave the healthy snack a try first.

What she drank: Ice tea at Prive Orchard

Yummy factor: “When you actually eat like a beast but trying so hard to act demure with your date,” Sonia wrote. Guilty.

What they ate: Pancakes of all different shapes and patterns by mummy Kate Pang

Yummy factor: Oh the things mums do to make eating fun for kids. Avery's face is literally what we would look like if someone dared to come close to our pancakes.

What she drank: Pierre-Jouet champagne

Yummy factor: “Every moment is a chance to celebrate,” Cythia wrote before popping open a bottle of champagne for a chill movie night. That’s a way of thinking we can get behind.

What she ate: Coconut pandan pancakes with gula melaka at The Daily Fix Café in Malacca

Yummy factor: The pancakes look rather dense but Belinda found them irresistible, especially with her favourite gula melaka. Even Jimmy Taenaka commented that it was delicious.

Jade Seah

What she ate: Fishball soup with dry tossed noodles in Johor Bahru

Yummy factor: The fishballs and meatballs look tempting but the yummy fried beancurd skin is also pulling its weight. According to Jade, fish soup is best when served with dry mee instead of plain rice. Would you agree?

What he ate: What appears to be meat soaking in a gravy bath

Yummy factor: Presentation-wise it won’t win any awards, but that’s okay as long as the gravy is gangbusters.

Muttons

What they ate: "Michelin Star cup ramen," or more accurately, the instant noodle version of the signature dan dan ramen from Japan’s Michelin star restaurant, Nakiryu, and according to the Muttons, it has already been sold out across Japan.

Yummy factor: Guys if you can’t afford to treat your girlfriends to a Michelin star restaurant, try this. It might get you dumped but still.

What she ate: Wagyu don at JW Marriott Singapore

Yummy factor: As if the Japanese wagyu wasn’t enough, the truffle, crispy fried garlic and wobbly onsen egg topped with caviar all make this a must-try.

What she ate: Thai boat noodles (pork special soup set) from Boat Noodle Express

What she ate: Yuzu chiffon cake that she baked

Yummy factor: This chiffon cake is a definite #momwin. Why? Because all mums know that if you’re going to bake a cake for kids, it’s safer to forgo frosting unless you’re ready to deal with crazies on a sugar high.

What she ate: 100% Hokkaido milk soft serve ice cream with gold leaf from Beauty Kitchen at Raffles Holland, followed by Ah Ma Traditional Homemade Egg Sponge Cake

Yummy factor: While Yasminne approved of the Hokkaido milk soft serve, dubbing it “pure, super creamy and light with a crispy buttery waffle cone” filled with ice cream ALL the way to the bottom, she found the popular Ah Ma egg sponge cake less satisfying and denser than expected. Goes to show that despite the hype, sometimes you don’t know it till you try it.

What he ate: His son Eytan’s first birthday cake

Yummy factor: Ah, a typical scene from a toddler’s birthday party: The birthday kid is spaced out and the sibling is crying. The struggle is real, but at least the cake looks nice.

Tanya Chua

What she ate: Tanya couldn’t decide what to cook for dinner, so she simply whipped up a whole buffet, NBD.

Yummy factor: Suddenly the one dish we cooked for dinner last night doesn’t seem much to brag about. Thanks, Tanya.
