If you need an excuse to indulge yourself, rejoice - it’s Singapore Restaurant Month! 50 participating restaurants have been tasked to create a dish based on local produce - namely eggs, fish and vegetables. Want to eat your way through all 50? Get the full list of restaurants here.

Art lovers, The Substation is your to-go place this month. The arts centre will house I Have a Room With Everything Too, a graphic design exhibition, and Eat U Up, an installation by Laselle graduate Jennifer Mehigan, who’s known for her sensual pieces. If you want to get your hands dirty, sign up for their Silkscreen Printing workshops and bring home your very own DIY tote bag.

 I Have a Room With Everything Too will be held from 2 to 12 July, Eat U Up will be held from 18 to 31 July and the Silkscreen Printing Workshops will be held on 11 and 25 July, at The Substation.

This month: Get Singapore Stories: Then, Now, Tomorrow, a photo exhibition celebrating The Straits Times’ 170th anniversary and SG50; the much-talked-about The LKY Musical starring Adrian Pang and Sharon Au (Check out Toggle's interview with them); and 7 Letters, a film that combines the efforts of seven of Singapore’s best directors.

Get Singapore Stories: Then, Now, Tomorrow will be held from 17 July to 4 October, at the ArtScience Museum; The LKY Musical will be held from 21 July to 2 August, at the MasterCard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands; 7 Letters will be held from 24 to 26 July, at The Capitol Theatre.
