Slow cooked binakol with freshly pressed kangkong juice
Reverting from the usual binakol (chicken soup with coconut water) cooked in bamboo, I made a slow cooked binakol mixing coconut water and coconut milk. Finished it off with freshly pressed kangkong juice.

Sugarfree mango japanese cheesecake with glutenfree almond-honey crumbed up crust and fresh pineapple
I baked a very light japanese cheesecake with a hint of fresh mango juice. To compliment the airy dessert, I added gluten-free and honey-flavored almond crust which I crumbed up. Finally, threw in some pineapple bits to cut the sweetness of the crumbed up crust.
