Dish title: Portobello mushrooms with avocado and tomatoes

Portobello mushrooms perfectly baked in the oven with crushed spices and then stuffed with avocado and tomatoes, topped with black pepper is just absolutely the perfect dish for me on a lazy weekend.

There is a little secret to this is - don’t hold back on the spices. Mushrooms and avocados can be fairly bland if they’re not spiced, so the two together, without spice, is bland city.
