2. EXFOLIATING AND SKIN BRIGHTENING MILK FACE MASK

Use your leftovers: Fresh milk that’s about to expire

Why this mask rocks: When mixed with oatmeal and honey, milk is a great exfoliator thanks to its lactic acid that helps in the breakdown of dead skin cells. This formula also removes excess sebum and moisturises the skin.

How to make it: Mix one tablespoon of milk, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of ground oatmeal. Apply paste onto face in a gentle circular motion. Allow it to penetrate into pores for 10 minutes, then rinse off.
