Carrie Underwood admires Reese Witherspoon's "all-American" beauty.
The 'Good Girl' hitmaker has confessed that while she rarely goes makeup-free herself, she admires the 'Wild' star's "normal and natural" look.
She said: "I don't think I ever have makeup-free days, to be honest.
"I've always loved Reese Witherspoon. She kind of seems like a normal person in general. Any time I've ever talked to her, she's just super sweet. She just looks kind of like that all-American girl, you know?"
The blonde beauty, 31 - who is expecting her first child with her husband Mike Fisher this spring - is planning to tone down her lengthy beauty regime ahead of their new arrival but insists she won't be giving up on her put together look altogether.
She explained to PEOPLE: "I've become friends with the round brush so I can style my hair as I blow it dry instead of blowing it dry then trying to curl it, which takes up a large portion of my time.
"I still want to feel good about myself even as I'm just bopping around the house taking care of baby, but I wanted to try some new things that might make my life a little bit more simple!
"I like my comfy clothes, but I always have to have my hair and makeup somewhat done. I might be wearing sweat pants but the rest of me is done up!"
Carrie - who stars in cosmetics brand Almay's latest commercial for their Smart Shade Butter Kiss lipstick - will be able to keep her pout looking perfect with their new range of fool-proof lip colours.
She said: "I got the pleasure of getting a sneak peek of them way before anybody else.
"I love that the names aren't anything crazy, just things like 'light berry,' so even I can't mess up!"
