Kelly Rowland has been working hard to get back into shape following the birth of her first son, Titan, in November, and has been using five fitness DVDs which include lessons on Cardio Kickboxing and Power Yoga to get back her pre-baby body.

Kelly Rowland has embarked on an intense workout programme to get back her pre-baby body.

The 'When Love Takes Over' singer - who gave birth to her first son, Titan, with her husband Tim Weatherspoon in November last year - is rotating five high-energy work out DVDs, including Sexy Abs, Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt, Power Yoga, Bikini Bootcamp and Cardio Kickboxing to help her get back into shape.

The raven-haired beauty has teamed up with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins to complete the challenging routines and is having her progress tracked on Jeanette's blog.

She wrote: "It's a new year! A fresh start! A great opportunity to make positive changes! Kelly Rowland just had her baby Titan in November and she is on board & motivated to get her body back just like so many of you! Kelly is excited to share her journey & motivate others while she goes through the journey herself!"

The 33-year-old former Destiny's Child star is preparing all of her meals at home and is keeping to a strict diet including green tea, three helpings of green vegetables and plenty of water per day.

The pair also shared their own inspirational quotes on the site to encourage others to join Kelly in shedding any unwanted weight.

They wrote: "I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it's going to be worth it! Preach it!

"Getting started can be the hardest part of your journey to a healthier, happier you. But don't worry, we've got your back. So, who's ready to break a sweat?"
