This is the newest flavour featuring a collaboration with Matchaya, which specialises in Japanese tea and milk-tea products. This is essentially green tea ice cream with a black sugar molasses core, dipped in a houjicha (a specially roasted green tea) chocolate shell with crushed wafer bits, then semi-dipped for a matcha-chocolate shell sprinkled with sesame seeds. To be launched soon. In the meantime, the baklava (S$7) - orange blossom ice cream with chunks of baklava, coated in dark chocolate, then coated again in sweet nut dukka - is always a good bet. Available at Artichoke (161 Middle Road) and Bird Bird (18 Ann Siang Road) and selected stockist.
