Bedrock Bar & Grill

Though Bedrock is the place for drool-worthy steaks, we say the dinner menu’s Chopped Steak Burger ($38) is definitely not to be overlooked. Though it’s on the pricey side, it’s a less expensive dining choice if you don’t want to fork the money out for a steak. Made with 100% USDA prime angus beef, bacon, fried egg, mustard bbq sauce and oak smoked cheddar cheese, we love the mesh of flavours in this succulent burger.

Bedrock Bar & Grill is located at 96 Somerset Road, 01-05 Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, Singapore 238163, p. 6238 0054. Open Daily 12pm-3pm, 6pm-11pm. Bar 12pm-12am.

DB Bistro & Oyster Bar

Often heralded as one of the best burgers in Singapore, it’s no surprise that Chef Boulud is widely credited with elevating the simple burger into an art form. In fact, it’s The Original DB Burger ($42) made with sirloin, filled with braised short ribs and foie gras wedged inside a fluffy parmesan bun that has earned him this reputation. There’s absolutely no doubt that this is probably the most epic burger available on our isle, with a price tag to match!

DB Bistro Moderne is located at 2 Bayfront Avenue, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956, p. 6688 8525. Open Mon-Fri 12pm-5pm, 5.30pm-10pm. Sat-Sun 11am-5pm, 5.30pm-11pm.
