Cafe refuse service to patrons with money kept in underwear

A cafe has refused to accept cash from patrons who store money in their underwear.

The Fascine Coffee Lounge in Carnarvon, Western Australia have put up a sign insisting they will not serve customers who keep their money in their bra or underwear for the sake of hygiene, the Metro newspaper reports.

Boss Robin Weeks said: "I know it's basically women ... We've had some men that've put it in their jocks and pulled it out from there, [but] I know most women don't have pockets.

"My son thought people shouldn't put money there and he shouldn't have to touch it. We have had people that have searched for things in their pockets and just put their money back in their mouth until they've found it."
