Man suing New York spa for cutting his toe during pedicure

A man is seeking compensation after his toe was cut during a pedicure.

Steven Clarke, 28, and his girlfriend were receiving their monthly pedicures at Lilac Nail & Spa on West 110th Street in Harlem, when his pinky toe was cut with a banned tool.

Steven is taking out a lawsuit against the spa, as he claims the injury has drastically changed his life, making it "extremely difficult" for him to walk, drive, sleep, shower, and even have sex.

In addition to being "hesitant to be seen in public because of his limp", Steven has had to drop out of his recreational soccer league and buy bigger shoes.
