Singapore's 4x200m men’s freestyle relay team didn’t just bring home gold, they also proved that swim shorts can be a fashion statement.

Fun fact: Leotards were named after nineteenth-century French acrobatic performer Jules Leotard. While most gymnasts in the 2015 SEA Games went for simple stripes or straightforward colour blocking, Singapore gymnast Janessa Dai shimmered in her bright red leotard with golden decorative patterns as she flipped and flew on the horizontal bar.
