The fine was issued by a unidentified civil enforcement officer in the German City of Karlsuche to an art instalment by artist Erwin Wurm, who is known for his sculptures of bending, inflated or twisted vehicles.

The piece features a truck bending backwards with its rear two wheels up a wall while its front two wheels overlap a no parking zone line.

The truck was photographed with the ticket tucked under its wind screen wiper by a Twitter user, @sham_jaff, who captioned the image: "German city of Karlsruhe just issued a parking ticket to artist Erwin Wurm for one of his bent car sculptures."
