Mrs. Esther Lai, Master Coach in Behavioral Coaching and Family Life Consultant
Esther is a highly sought after speaker and family life consultant who is passionate about enabling couples and parents to build a strong foundation for their families.
With her accreditation as a Family Life Educator (2004), a Human Behaviour Analyst (DISC) and her graduate certificate in Applied Coaching, Esther is adept at guiding parents and couples towards both understanding and managing character differences.
She is presently actively conducting classes in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) as well as PREP, a marriage enrichment program and lectures regularly at a Malaysian college.

Mr Chong Ee Jay, Manager of TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW)
Mr Chong Ee Jay is the Manager of TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW), a service of TOUCH Youth.
Ee Jay has conducted over 350 cyber wellness workshops since 2007, reaching out to more than 25,000 Students, Parents, Educators and Youth/Social Workers in schools, corporations and the community.
He is the key driver behind the cyber wellness efforts in TOUCH Cyber Wellness, championing public education programmes both locally (through schools and national level efforts) and internationally, as well as counselling intervention and youth mentoring works through their Cyber Wellness Centre in Bukit Merah and Hougang respectively.
Given his versatility, he is also a highly sought after trainer for both our parents workshops and youth programmes. With his amicable disposition, he also mentors the youths who come to the PlanetCRuSH Cyber Wellness Center through the resident programmes.
Over the past 10 years, Ee Jay has been driven with a passion to inspire parents and educators whom struggle to cope with the rapidly advancing Internet age. He works closely with them to educate and equip them with knowledge and skill sets to connect with their children and students.
Ee Jay is also a member of the Media Literacy Council that advises the Government on research, trends and developments pertaining to the Internet and media, and appropriate policy responses; as well as developing public awareness and education programmes relating to media literacy and cyber wellness.

Azhanani bte Kamis adalah seorang Kaunselor Keluarga dan juga Ketua Pegawai Penandatangan (Chief Signatory Officer) untuk Laporan Penilaian Keluarga (Home Study Report) bagi pengambilan anak angkat. Beliau diiktiraf Kementerian Pembangunan Sosial dan Keluarga (MSF) untuk membuat penilaian kesesuaian para individu yang ingin mengambil anak angkat.
Azhanani telah mengendalikan bengkel-bengkel keibubapaan untuk masyarakat Melayu/Islam. Beliau juga adalah Pelatih yang bertauliah bagi Triple P iaitu Program Keibubapaan Positif (Positive Parenting Programme). Selain itu, beliau merupakan kaunselor bagi Program Kaunseling Perkahwinan (MCP) di mana beliau berbincang tentang Rancangan Keibubapaan (Parenting Plan) dengan pasangan yang ingin berpisah.
Azhanani berusia 43 tahun dan telah berumahtangga selama 18 tahun. Beliau mempunyai 3 orang cahaya mata - seorang pelajar sekolah menengah dan dua orang pelajar sekolah rendah. Seorang bekas guru sekolah menengah, beliau menjaga dan menguruskan pendidikan dan perkembangan anak-anaknya sepenuh masa ketika mereka masih kecil.

Mr Jeff Cheong, Council Member, Families for Life
By day, Mr Cheong is the President of Tribalworldwide Asia, an award-winning digital marketing agency with over 550 talents in the region. He is also responsible for the local 105-strong operation.
By night, (and sometimes in between work) he is a father to 3 very active young children. Together with his wife for 14 years, they enjoy the partnership to grow together with their children. The family loves cooking and weekend is filled with activities in the kitchen.
As a hands-on practitioner for over 19 years, he now consults for global brands like Unilever, Exxon and McDonald's. Locally his notable works are seen in the Pioneer Generation Campaigns, Singapore Memory Project and Changi Jewel Airport. Mr Cheong is also advisory member to Temasek Polytechnic School of Design and ITE School of Design and Media. From time to time he lectures and mentors students.

Dr Khoo Kim Choo, Consultant, Children and Families
Dr Khoo has 30 years of varied experience in the early childhood field– as a local and international consultant, advisor, executive director of the NTUC Childcare group, trainer, university lecturer, children’s advocate, publisher, conference speaker and author of parenting and children’s books. She has worked with governments and NGOs here and abroad as well as UNICEF, UNESCO, WORLD Bank, Save the Children. For over a decade, Dr Khoo has been an Overseas Specialist Volunteer with the Singapore International Foundation to train trainers for early childhood educators in Vietnam and Myanmar.
She has served on various boards and committees and received various awards for her contribution to the field- including an Honorary Doctorate in Education by Wheelock College, USA; Special Recognition Award (former Ministry of Information and the Arts for advocating quality programmes for children in the broadcasting field); Friend of MCDS award (then Ministry of Community Development and Sports for contribution to early childhood care and education, family life education and promotion of children’s rights) and the Public Service Award (PBM) by the President of Singapore.
She is the Founder-Director of her current two Preschools for Multiple Intelligences. Dr Khoo is most importantly, the grandmother of two young boys.

Steven Chia moderates the new season of Talking Point, a “live” talk-show on the current topics of the day. Before these latest assignments, he used to co-anchor and produce Channel NewsAsia’s flagship morning show, AM LIVE!, one of the network’s most-watched shows, with a colourful mix of hard news, live interviews and discussions on current events and issues.
During his stint as a morning show host, he had interviewed personalities such as tennis star Anna Chakvetadze, actress Maggie Q, pop singer Josh Groban and former Hong Kong governor Chris Patten. Steven’s media career began in 1999, as a junior trailer producer for ESPN StarSports. A year later, he ventured out as a freelance TV producer and presenter.
He fronted Mediacorp programmes such as Crimewatch, and also worked as a radio presenter with the company’s classical music station, Symphony 92.4FM.
Outside of work, Steven focuses on youth development by working with school students through several community-related programmes. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at the YMCA of Singapore.
