Tucked away in a nondescript condo a stone’s throw from East Coast Park, this total wellness centre offers a wide range of classes to suit all levels and timings. Our favourite is the Restorative Yoga class, which focuses on invigorating the immune system and stretching out all the aches and pains of the week. At the end of the class, an assistant walks in with a tray of cold aromatherapy towels and cups of homemade chilled wellness tea. The space also doubles up as an art gallery and book exchange space, as well as cute little yoga store aptly called ‘Kate’s Closet’.

Housed in a shophouse overlooking the Kampong Glam quarter, OhmSantih offers tailor-made yoga lessons based on your specific needs. To keep the experience personal, classes are limited to 5 students so there is maximum interaction between the teacher and you, which is great for correcting poses and improving weaknesses. OhmSantih offer Ashtanga yoga courses for different levels and includes a short theory lesson and yoga practice. This is a great place if you are serious about yoga practice and want to understand the true meaning behind it, and it doesn’t hurt that you can squeeze in a quick shop along Haji Lane after!
