This week’s best-dressed local stars: #NDP2019 edition

As the nation celebrated Singapore’s 54th birthday, many celebrities donned red and white outfits to show their love for the little red dot. Although Nathan Hartono opted for pink instead, he looked no less chic or patriotic (extra points for the Good Morning Towel socks!).

August 9 is not only Singapore's birthday, but also Zed Zed's too and Christopher and Fann threw a party for the birthday boy at Kiztopia. The celebrity couple was seen wearing red and white outfits and we’re digging Fann’s fun-looking polka dot top from Moschino.

Want to show your patriotism but are not a fan of red? Go for pink like Nathan. Check out his pink summer shirt, pink trainers and the pink beverage in his hand. If there’s any guy who can make pink look cool, it’s got to be Nathan.

The floral prints on Daren’s shirt here definitely got our attention as we scrolled through our Instagram. Turns out, the design is inspired by the Singapore Botanic Gardens and created by local label The Shirt Bar which advocates responsible sourcing and production of their designs. Stylish creations, local creations and socially responsible? There’s no reason not to support this homegrown brand.
