This week, Nat Ho gave us major food envy as he continued his gastronomy adventures overseas, Michelle Chong impressed celeb pals with her culinary prowess, or rather food styling, and Jesseca Liu celebrated her birthday in the company of loved ones. Speaking of celebrations, Zed Zed got a little too enthusiastic during his lo hei session. And if you're keen to stay cool in the sweltering heat, uncle Tay Ping Hui has a tip or two for you.

Jesseca Liu

What she ate: Cake, cake and more cake

Yummy factor: Happy belated birthday, Jesseca! The 40-year-old beauty, whose birthday falls on Feb 13, celebrated the occasion with several of her loved ones this week. In fact, she was surprised with not one but two cakes at When Ghost Meets Zombie’s press conference, and during a girls’ night out with friends like Vivian Lai and Jeanette Aw. Wonder if hubby Jeremy Chan got her one as well.

What they ate: Grazing table

Yummy factor: Papa Chong isn’t the only one who can whip up a feast -- Michelle showed off her culinary prowess, or rather food styling skills, by feeding her hungry celeb pals with a spread fit for royalty. And this is just the antipasto - colour us impressed! No wonder even Lawrence and Jeanette, who are currently based overseas, made it a point to turn up!

What he ate: Murtabak

Yummy factor: What's better than freshly made murtabak? Crispy murtabak, that's what. According to #FattyPornPorn, all you need to do is pop it in the oven for 21 mins at 170 degrees and voila! The crunch when he bit into it was music to our ears. Definitely trying this food hack next time.
