All the photos that made us hungry this week

Kate Pang

What she ate: Pineapple cakes and La Folie des macarons

Yummy factor: Kate wrote that she accidentally ate the entire box of macarons, which is what we thought you were supposed to do with a box of macarons.

What they ate: A sumptuous feast at Burnt Ends including lobster, steak, and other caviar-topped goodness

Yummy factor: Michelle captioned, “Who says celebrities don’t eat and can’t have fun?” Well it wasn’t us, because we’re convinced they spend a good chunk of their time luxuriating in lavish foods while the rest of us get hungry just watching…

Michelle Chong

What she ate: ...Case in point: Here Michelle was, surrounded once again by drool-worthy grub. On Tuesday she devoured buttery tagliatelle with clam, burger and fries, followed by seafood pasta washed down with champagne.

Yummy factor: If this doesn’t make you wish you could be Michelle Chong for a day, we don’t know what will.

What they ate: Kate's birthday cake (her birthday is on March 11).

Yummy factor: From the picture of Aden and Avery blowing out the candles, you would have thought this was for their birthday. The only way you'd know it was mum's birthday is by how low maintenance the cake is. We're sure the kids singing happy birthday to her was worth more than all the fanciest cakes in the world though. Happy birthday, Kate!

What she ate: McSpicy after a workout

Yummy factor: Hong Ling didn't even wait for the sweat on her face to dry before she welcomed this burger, and we kind of love her more for that. Girl, you earned this.

What they ate: Tau suan from Teck Kee Hot and Cold Dessert on Adam Road, through crowdsourced recommendations for the best tau suan in Singapore

Yummy factor: Well, these three couldn't wait to tuck into their dessert. Word on the street is that this stall serves a generous portion of you tiou with their tau suan. Yum!

What he ate: Shane's bae Kimberly Wang snapped this photo of him about to stab into a huge plate of fish 'n chips.

Yummy factor: Even with the blurry quality of this photo, we can tell the batter was satisfyingly crispy.

What they ate: Um...rose petals

Yummy factor: It's rose petals we're talking about -- ones that were meant for table decoration -- so you can understand why we'd be concerned about how well this Fifty and Fabulous date was going.

What they ate: Black pepper crab and something that’s buried underneath an avalanche of what may be salted egg yolk crisps.

Yummy factor: Our tongues are prickling at the sight of that thick black peppercorn sauce. Sweet, succulent crabmeat followed by a spicy kick? Yes please.

Chua Enlai

What he ate: Baby prata bombs and separately, burger and fries for breakfast

Yummy factor: These prata bombs look more airy and spherical than the kind we've seen, which can only mean they're 5x fluffier inside, right? But between this margarine and sugar-heavy dessert and that artery-clogging breakfast, we hope Enlai ingested plenty of damage-repairing fruits and greens.

What they ate: Free flow wine brunch with spaghetti crab mee goreng at PS. Café at Ann Siang Hill Park

Yummy factor: “Date with da boyfren,” Jean captioned. Guess the secret to lasting mushy romance is free flow wine.

What she ate: An apple during filming in Zhejiang, China

Yummy factor: Doesn't get more wholesome than a fresh crispy apple. A little boring! But good for Julie.

What he drank: Beer at Young Henry's in Sydney

Yummy factor: "For instant happy Josh, just add beer!" That sounds easy enough, though a beer belly would be forthcoming.

Huang Biren

What she ate: Birthday cakes with Carole Lin

Yummy factor: Happy birthday, Biren! Is that chocolate mint or chocolate macha? We're too distracted by Carole's pronounced, carefully studied kissy face to figure it out.

Chase Tan

What he ate: A night time snack of Chinese New Year leftovers, a random hodgepodge of instant noodles, hot dogs, meatballs, and crab sticks

Yummy factor: Yumminess isn’t through the roof, but ratability is. If you’re an adult trying to fend for yourself, you know the anguish of confronting pitiable fridge contents due to another forgotten grocery run. But way to work with what you've got, Chase.

What she ate: A Bienen tart from Flor Patisserie

Yummy factor: "Sticky gooey sweet," (the kind of sticky that would coat your teeth), this caramelised almond and walnut tart sounds irresistible.

Kym Ng

What she ate: Spam fries and a fried egg atop noodles for brunch, and kimchi jjigae at home

Yummy factor: Who else wishes they could be invited to Kym’s for a meal? We’re won over by the golden crisp coating the spam fries, and that beer in the ice bucket is a charming touch.

Tosh Zhang

Tosh Zhang

What he ate: Ramen and gyoza

Yummy factor: This is a winning food pairing, all right. But be careful, Tosh – if you slurp that up too fast you’ll get ramen broth splashed all over you and your pink 'do. (Side note: Apparently Tosh lost hundreds of Instagram followers after he dyed his hair pink. We're in the pink camp though, because if it's good enough for Kim Kardashian and Xia Xue, it's good enough for Tosh.)

What he drank: Drinks from Partea at Waterway Point with Partea ambassador, Hayley Woo

Yummy factor: If you’re in the fruit tea camp, these thirst quenchers served in 1 litre cups might satisfy – especially if you get the Rainbow tea infused with fresh passion fruit, strawberries, watermelon, and mango chunks. Just be prepared for several bathroom breaks.

What he ate: Popcorn, which he graciously shared with his dog Truffles

Yummy factor: Food tastes best when it’s shared, especially with an adorable dog that eagerly pops its head through your legs to nab a single popcorn.

What she ate: Pastries with Nutella and coffee

Yummy factor: This is the kind of carb-heavy breakfast in bed that would put you right back to sleep for an hour – probably with a smear of Nutella on the corner of your lips.

Sonia Chew

Sonia Chew

What she ate: Power Chilli Padi Crab Pizza from Domino’s

Yummy factor: In this paid partnership with Domino’s, Sonia not only had us spice-lovers interested in a chilli padi and pizza pairing, but also expertly demonstrated how to eat if you don’t want to mess up your lipstick.

Pat Mok

What she ate: Egg tart

Yummy factor: It may have looked like an ordinary egg tart, but Pat sure made it seem like more. Our craving was ignited by the way she sunk her teeth into the crumbling crust in slow motion and gobbled up all that creamy custard filling with exaggerated jaw movement.
