Joanne Peh and Qi Yuwu

What they ate: A zi char spread including fish head curry, black pepper crab, lots of meat and fried veggies to celebrate the wrap of Say Cheese

Yummy factor: That's some spread on the table but we think Joanne's more excited about the champagne.

What he ate: Steak

Yummy factor: This home cooked steak looks so delicious it’s basically restaurant grade, but perhaps even better because you can eat it with your shirt off.

Pan Lingling

What she ate: Fish head curry and zi char dishes at Little Gobbles Café with Hong Ling and Nick Teo

Yummy factor: The food no longer looks so Instagrammable halfway through the meal – but that may be a testament to how tasty it was. Nothing like digging right into some intensely flavourful fish head curry with tau kee and tau pok sponging up the sauce.

What he ate: Breakfast at Tsui Wah in Hong Kong, including eggs, noodles and their famous milk tea and crispy sliced buns with condensed milk

Yummy factor: Han Wei wrote that he can wake up early just for breakfast because he loves it so much. Good thing Tsui Wah is opening its first outlet in Singapore in June.

What she drank: Bubble tea in the middle of filming

Yummy factor: Julie wrote that she's been craving bubble tea since she fell sick, so this must have been a welcome mid-work treat.

Huang Biren

What she ate: Biren placed a potato chip on her forehead, and through expert blinking and face twitching, she somehow managed to inch the chip down for a satisfying "crunch."

Yummy factor: "Potato chips taste better this way!" she claimed. While we're not sure about all the chip seasoning rubbing off on our face, this does look like a fun party challenge.

What he ate: Thai boat noodles with cast and crew of upcoming drama Say Cheese including Kimberly Chia and Zen Chong, who treated

Yummy factor: Aroy! It looks like each person had at least two bowls of noodles. Joanne Peh commented that she could only look and drool, to which Zi Jie jokingly replied, “If big sister wants to treat, I won’t mind.”

What he drank: His birthday cake to celebrate turning "21"

Li Nanxing

What he drank: Hairy gourd soup that he cooked himself

Yummy factor:  It might not look all that lavish (where’s the gourd?) but Nanxing touted its ability to clear away heat and detoxify. As he hashtagged, it’s his way of “pampering himself.”

Cynthia Koh

What she ate: An impromptu meal at Hans Im Gluck German Burgergrill with friends including Derrick Hoh, Desmond Ng, and Hayley and Jayley Woo

Yummy factor: The atmosphere is, “We are waiting for our food to arrive.” Hope they filled up with some burgers and fries. On another note, this was the first time that Derrick met “Cynthia mommy” (as Hayley called her), so cheers to making new friends.

What she ate: Lobster and lobster roll at Les Pinces Paris

Yummy factor: It’s worth the effort to extract sweet, rich lobster meat drizzled with buttery goodness. This quaint restaurant serves a minimalist menu of only four dishes: lobster, lobster roll, steak, and surf and turf – simple and straightforward.

What he ate: Cheesy chicken fritters. Noah made the batter and marinated the chicken in it overnight for deeper flavour penetration.

Yummy factor: If you’re looking for party snack ideas, try this. Noah gave these juicy, cheesy patties with golden crispy edges a 10 out of 10.

What she ate: A cake to celebrate the birthday of Irene Kng, Jack Neo’s wife

Yummy factor: Forget about the cake – we’re more tempted by those sizeable macarons which, let’s be honest, make better cake toppings than sickly sweet icing flowers and sculptures.

Chantalle Ng

What she ate: Popcorn, biscuit, and a Reese’s mini peanut butter cup

Yummy factor: Wow, even with such a meagre snack stash, Chantalle went to lengths to protect it. Someone send this girl a care package with some more snacks.

What he ate: Png kueh

Yummy factor: This soft, chewy png kueh wobbled temptingly as Pornsak held it up in the air. We’ll always have a spot in our hearts (and stomachs) for Singapore’s old school treats.

What she ate: Dinner before work at Café Melba with Dasmond Koh

Yummy factor: “Sometimes, little things like having a simple meal can occupy the biggest parts of a heart,” Dasmond wrote, thanking his “Ah Jie” Kym for always being there. Okay well we hope he showed his appreciation by sharing his fries with her because Café Melba’s fries are amongst the best in town.

What they ate: A Japanese spread including shrimp tempura, katsu, and noodles at Umi Uma restaurant on the Genting Dream cruise ship

Yummy factor: Hello, crispiness – we’re eyeing you, scrumptious shrimp tempura. A journey at sea sounds even more enticing with delectable cruise dining like this.

What he ate: Panzerotti, “basically a doughnut with mozzarella and tomato,” from Luini in Milan

Yummy factor: If you visit the Duomo in Milan, make sure to drop by Luini. Their ever-popular panzerotti is a local snack that has also been likened to a pizza and sandwich hybrid that’s deep-fried to perfection. Eat it while it’s hot.
