50 Cent fears 'ruining' skin with makeup

50 Cent only wears makeup in movies.

The 'In Da Club' hitmaker insists he is careful about removing any makeup products after spending the day on a film set as he doesn't want to "ruin" his skin.

He said: "I am the actual guy from the pictures. I don't wear makeup unless I'm in a film. All of the photographs you see of me are no makeup, and then when I got to doing the film projects, because they're putting stuff on, I would take it off with the different machines and the exfoliation. I don't want to ruin my skin from that experience."

The 40-year-old rapper also revealed his skincare regime is fairly basic but insists he must have two types of moisturiser - one for his face and another for the rest of his body.

He added to ELLE magazine: "I use Dove soap because I don't like to use soap that has scent. If you have any type of dermatologist they would probably advise that you have regular soap with none of that fragrant stuff or chemicals.

"I just really started separating what moisturiser I use for my face from what I use for everything else. Because men operate a lot different from women. I'm simple. For me the cocoa butter can go wherever I need the cocoa butter to go."
