Jennifer Lopez thinks her success is down to her "tiny" ankles.
The 46-year-old actress - who made her breakthrough at the age of 22 - was told prior to her career kicking off in the US that she would become a "star" because of her slim joints.
Speaking to W magazine, she said: "When I first came to Los Angeles, someone told me I would be a star because of my tiny ankles and wrists. They said that was the key to it all."
And the brunette beauty doesn't just think her slim bones helped propel her into the limelight as she's convinced her curvaceous shape also helped other women feel confident in their own skin.
She boasted: "I think I paved the way for them. Just another innovation that I've given to the world! People underestimate me. They always have, and maybe that's for the best. It's fun to prove them wrong."
Meanwhile, the 'I'm Into You' hitmaker takes her health and well-being very seriously and makes sure she puts 40 minutes aside each day to meditate and recharge her body.
Speaking previously on 'Entertainment Tonight' about her daily relaxation technique, she said: " I took on meditation ... 20 minutes a day in the morning and at night ... was necessary. It was almost like my brain, for the first time in my life, felt like 'Okay, you bit off more than you can chew.' "
