Jessica Alba used to love wearing "cargo pants".
The 35-year-old actress - who was No. 1 on the Maxim Hot 100 List in 2001 - has admitted she used to dress "the opposite of sexy" when she was younger and would regularly don sporty crop tops and oversized sweatshirts with a pair of baggy trousers.
Speaking to InStyle magazine about her former fashion sense, the brunette beauty said: "I was into wearing Triple Five Soul baggy cargo pants. I would get Hanes tank tops and dye them with Rit dye and wear Nike sports bras and sweatshirts. It was the opposite of sexy."
Meanwhile, the mother of two - who has daughters Honor, seven, and Haven, four, with her husband Cash Warren - has revealed her busy schedule doesn't leave her with any time to enjoy some retail therapy.
She explained: "A lot of my personal style has to do with whatever comes in the mail."
However, the co-founder of the eco-friendly brand the Honest Company believes what she wears affects how she feels.
She said: "I think what you wear sets the mood for your day."
Meanwhile, Jessica has revealed the maintains her slender frame by avoiding sugary foods because she doesn't have a sweet tooth, although she does have a soft spot for spice, which sees her load "gallons" of hot sauce over her healthy meals.
Speaking previously about her diet the 'Sin City: A Dame To Kill For' star said: "I'm not much of a sweets person.
"I try to always have a salad, and I always make my own salad dressing - it just tastes better. I'll often make a chicken quesadilla with corn tortillas - and gallons of hot sauce. Literally. It's like I'm trying to burn a hole through my stomach. It's so good. It's such a problem. The variety of hot sauce. I have five or six different types in my fridge."
