Former 'TOWIE' star Jessica Wright struggles to follow a "strict" fitness regime when she's single.
The 30-year-old reality TV star has admitted she's never been one to battle with her weight but really has to watch what she shovels into her mouth because she loves her grub a bit too much and can't resist when she's out with friends.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I wouldn't say I've battled with weight, but at the same time I have to watch what I eat within reason, but I don't put on weight straight away, I can lose it. But I am a girl who likes my food. I enjoy going out for dinner. But now I'm single it's hard to stick to a strict regime. You have to do things in moderation, so you can work out and stuff as well."
But the brunette beauty thinks it's important - regardless of your shape and size - to dress appropriately.
She explained: "I think every girl has their hang-ups and I go through times when I lose a bit of weight or I put it on. I think it's a case of trying to dress appropriately for your shape and going to the gym and getting yourself into the way you want to be. If I've got a day off I'll definitely go. But I've been working as well, so it's a case of trying to fit in. But I'm not the sort of person who will go in the evenings, if I don't do it in the morning I probably won't go."
Jessica has recently been announced as the ambassador for Cetraben, a range of skin products designed to manage dry and eczema-prone skin.
