Vogue Williams would eat two pizzas on a cheat day.
The 30-year-old Irish model has admitted she is currently in the best shape ever although she doesn't follow a strict diet and will happily delve into a few takeaway meals and sugary snacks on one day during the week despite preparing healthy meals in advance.
Speaking to the Ireland's Independent Online about what she would indulge in, the television personality said: "I'd probably get two takeaways that day. And I'd go to the shop and get crisps and chocolate and sweets. I love Dip Dabs and those kind of sweets.
"But I eat all that and then I get an awful headache, and I feel sick by the end of the day and I want to be healthy again. But if you don't do that, and just have whatever you want sometimes, you can't stick to being healthy."
"No diet is a good diet. I eat healthily most of the time. I cook in batches and freeze stuff, so I always have something proper to eat, and I bring snacks in my bag everywhere I go. Hummus and oatcakes. Fruit. Nuts. I'm never hungry. If I crave something, I have it, because if you don't, then you want it so much more.
"[But] I tell people to have a takeaway if they want it. Have it once a week. Like, all that no-sugar s**t and everything. I can't deal with all of that."
However, Vogue - who was the champion of ITV's 'Bear Grylls: Mission Survive' last year, which saw her lose one stone during the endurance-testing TV series - undergoes a quick 25-minute workout every day to stay in shape.
She explained: "I do a half-hour workout every day. And I've never been in better shape. I always exercised, but I exercised wrong."
