A man has been accused of aggravated assault after he threatened "to kill" his cheating wife and neighbour.
Robert Hakins was enjoying a hot tub with his wife Christen and neighbour Ted Vest when the husband decided to call it a night and leave early for the evening.
After he left, his 50-year-old neighbour and his 38-year-old spouse became "romantic" and things got intimate.
The 64-year-old returned to the hot tub and caught his wife with his his friend.
In a fit of rage, he allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting, while threatening to murder the pair.
He's also accused of punching his wife twice in the head as the incident unfolded.
Hakins has pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, and misdemeanour battery.
