Police escort deer out of home

Police had to get a deer out of an Oklahoma home.

The Edmond Police Department sent officers to face the so-called "holiday intruder" this week after the furry friend made its way inside the house and ended up closed inside a bedroom.

The deer was escorted out of the home by officers, who couldn't resist a seasonal joke about the unexpected guest. The department quipped: "We've said it once, we'll say it again, Christmas decorations should be put up AFTER Thanksgiving!"
