A woman claims she was fired after a marijuana cake mishap.
Cassandra Walker has insisted she was sacked from Dairy Queen after a misunderstanding meant customers wanting a Disney 'Moana' themed cake actually received one featuring a marijuana leaf design alongside a high 'My Little Pony' character smoking with red eyes.
While Georgia woman Kensli Taylor Davis has laughed off the error and chalked it up to a difference in accents, Cassandra doesn't see the funny side.
She told USA Today: "It was a mistake. It could been considered a learning experience. I would have accepted that. I would have accepted being written up.
"But to be at this job for almost a year and not have a write-up, not be in trouble, and to just be let go because of mistake, it's not funny to me."
